Position Purpose: The Project Manager (PM) is accountable for executing the project schedule, and the financial performance of the project, maintaining an accurate scope of work (SOW), and being the primary contact with the customer during the design and build phase of projects. Upon receipt of the order through site acceptance, the PM supports all aspects of the project. The PM maintains effective communication channels with all stakeholders throughout the project. The PM will recognize and communicate resource requirements and deliverables to ensure the project meets customer expectations and Lanco's internal goals. The PM has the technical capability and capacity to understand the customer’s product and the Lanco Integrated solution for assembly and product testing.
Essential job functions and responsibilities:
The Project Manager’s responsibilities begin upon receiving the order and conclude with a successful Site Acceptance Test (SAT). The PM keeps a project visible to all appropriate Stakeholders to support the objective of delivering a project on time and within budget. In addition, the PM serves as a resource for the customer beyond project closure.
