We are seeking an Activities/Medical Records/Receptionist to work with our Activities Director to help expand our growing work force. Responsibilities of the Activities/Medical Records/Receptionist:

• Creative and engaging personality able to engage and entertain elderly clientel
• Greet patrons as they enter the facility
• Able to organize, file and keep accurate Medical Records
• Answer phones, field phone calls as needed
• Good work ethic (reliable, punctual, professional)
• Computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet)
• Possess polite, amiable personality towards residents, family and other staff
• Honesty and reliability on handling of monies

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
