Duties:
- Data entry.
- Pulls files for daily releases.
- Performs barcode scanning of files utilizing a hand held scanner.
- Sorts and places documents in filing order, and files documents as needed.
- Label new files received and fulfills customer requests for file retrieval.
- Prepare boxes for shipment.
- Assist with unloading of trucks/vendors when new shipments/files are received.
- Completes repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
- Special projects as assigned.

- Experience with Outlook, Excel and Word is helpful.
- Ability to do repetitive work for long periods of time.
- Ability to push large cart of files, lift up to 35 pounds, stand for long periods and able to climb 4 step ladders.
