Job Description
Must have a minimum of 2years Inpatient/Acute Care experience required.
Inpatient Pharmacist
STRONG ACUTE CARE EXPERIENCE & EPIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Certs REQ: VA state license
Certs Preferred: PharmD, RPh
Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred.
Intravenous experience & pharmacotherpay management.
Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desirable.
