- Acts as point of contact for the change order, responsible for evaluating its design feasibility and cost effectiveness; conducting any necessary coordination with project personnel and negotiating differences in scope, direction of change, and costs of labor, materials, equipment, overhead, etc. at issue with the contractor.
- The individual should have experience in technical review of project plans and specifications.
