Job Description
- EMR Used: Cerner
- The RN position provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan.
- Each RN is assigned to a primary household of 16 Elders.
- The RN works closely with the RN Manager to manage the day to day functions.
- Certifications/Requirements: BLS/BCLS
- State or Compact License Details: Must Be Currently Active
- Holiday Coverage Required: Yes
- Minimum Years of Experience: 1
