JOB POSTING
Position: Housing Coordinator – Residential Services
Reporting Requirements: Reports to the Deputy Director/Housing Director
Job Summary: Manages the day-to-day operations and provides leadership in administering
state and federally funded residential home repair, rehabilitation and Lead remediation programs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promotes state and federally funded residential home repair, rehabilitation and Lead
- Assists clients by answering questions about program eligibility and assisting clients with
- Has the ability to work in centralized database systems for grant management and client
- Assists Housing Director in developing applications for federal and state program
- Assists Housing Director in completing reporting to federal and state funding agencies
- Other duties as assigned by the Deputy Director/Housing Director.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in social services or related field preferred
- Two years of experience in housing assistance programs preferred
- Must have the ability and willingness to travel
- Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
- Must possess good organizational skills
- Must have the ability to work efficiently in Microsoft Suite Products including Word,
Pay Range: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour, depending on education and experience
