JOB SUMMARY
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsble for coordinating paperwork between law enforcement agencies for fugitives on Governor's warrants, Interstate Agreement on Detainers and scheduling hearings on the same; processing Summary Appeals and coordination of scheduling of same, and manage, track and process administrative supboena requests for the Special Victims Unit.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ability to learn about the criminal justice system
Knowledge of office procedures equipment, practice and conduct
Ability to plan, document and execute all responsibilities
Ability to learn, possess and apply basic knowledge of operating a person computer
Ability to deal with conflicting and demanding priorities, to multi-task and to organize work
Ability to communicate, problem-solve, work independently and follow directions
Ability to interact with people of varying socio-economic and ethnic backgrounds
Professionally interact and communicate with clients and co-workers by telephone, written communication or in person
Ability to perform work under the normal working conditions for the job.
Will be subjected to security and background checks.
