Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Home Care Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients in their homes throughout Lamoille County. To apply visit www.lhha.org and complete an online application.

We are offering a limited time sign on bonus of $2500 if hired FT (paid out over 6 months).

Some Duties Include:
- Perform IV insertions and venipuncture as required
- Provide care for patients with various medical needs, including those from the ER
- Utilize anatomy knowledge to assess patients and identify health issues
- Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions
- Maintain accurate medical documentation
- Administer basic life support when necessary
- Deliver personalized patient care tailored to individual needs

Skills:
- Strong understanding of human anatomy and body systems
- Nursing expertise with a focus on patient care
- Ability to accurately measure and interpret vital signs
- Skilled in medical documentation and record keeping
