We are seeking an experienced and visionary Product Management Leader to join our dynamic team. As the Product Management Leader, you will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for our LLM Platform. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful development and launch of innovative solutions that meet market needs.

Here is what you will do:

• Product Strategy:
• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with the company's overall goals.
• Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify opportunities for product innovation.

• Roadmap and Execution:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap, outlining key milestones and deliverables.
• Build product features that improve product UX and increase customer happiness, as well as land new customers 
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to ensure successful product development and delivery

• Market Understanding and Customer Success:
• Deeply understand customer needs and market dynamics to inform product decisions.
• Conduct user interviews, gather feedback, and iterate on the product to drive customer satisfaction.
• Drive improvements to customer activation, onboarding, and success.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Be "the glue" between Customers/Sales and Engineering
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, and marketing teams to align product development with business objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages cross-functional communication.

• Product Lifecycle Management:
• Own the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Metrics and Analytics:
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of the product.
• Utilize data-driven insights to iterate on the product and drive continuous improvement.

• At least 5 years of experience in product management 
• Proven experience in B2B product management, with a track record of successfully bringing developer-facing products to market
• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, EE, Mathematics, or Statistics, or equivalent practical experience
• Preferably software engineering background and experience with ML, and/or AI technologies

• You've worked in the product function of a startup and care a lot about shaping (and working in) a high-impact, collaborative organization
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
