Lambourne Family Dental is Hiring a Dental Office Receptionist Near Ogden, UT

Hale family dental is looking for another family member full- time

Our office is going through major growth

Must be bilingual -Spanish

This is a fun position for someone that is very bubbly, fun, outgoing...etc

A dental front desk/ Insurance coordinator manages patient appointments, handles phone inquiries, verifies insurance coverage, process claims and ensures efficient office operation. This person is very valuable to our office they play a crucial role in providing excellent patient service and maintaining accurate records.

Days & hours:

Tuesday 4pm- closing (8pm)

Wednesday 4- closing (8pm)

Friday ALL DAY 8am - closing (5pm)

One saturday a month which is the 3rd Saturday of every month 8am - closing (2pm)

Closing time is set but sometimes we may go over time if the dr. is behind and we finish clean up duties at the end of the day.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 8 per week

Benefits:

  • Dental insurance
  • Paid time off

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Medical terminology: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bilingual (spanish): 1 year (Required)
