Lambert's Lawn Care & Tree Service is a fast growing and competitive company based in Suffield CT. We are looking for qualified individuals to join our professional team in a growing company with many career opportunities. We are looking for a good ground team for our Tree Removal Crew.

You will be using all NEW equipment:

72' spider lift, 2023 Chip truck, 2023 18" chipper. 2023 pickup & dump trailer to move logs. 2021 MT100 with grapples (access to other heavy equipment available as well). Most days are focused on residential take downs.

2. Full time mechanic on staff with in house shop

3. Tablets provided to foreman with company software creating clear work orders and time keeping.

Compensation:

1. Hourly rate listed based on experience: $22 - $26/hour.

2. 45 hours weekly (very little weekend work). Monday - Friday. 6:30am - 4:30pm. (we shoot for shorter days on Fridays).

4. 5 days of PTO time.

5. 401k with company match available.

6. Bonus plans based on crew & individual performance with clear targets and pay outs.
