Sr. Manager, HRBP - Corporate Functions

We are looking for a Human Resource Business Partner for our Corporate Functions to partner with clients across the globe.

This is a collaborative role across the various corporate functions (Finance, HR, Communications, Strategy, Legal). The role will partner with select Corporate Functions CEO staff members and their teams. It requires strategic thought partnership - across all levels of the company, to champion and influence Lam's Organization and People agenda.

This is a full-time, strategic and hands-on position reporting to the Managing Director, Corporate Functions Human Resources.The candidate must be located near key executive clients at our Fremont, CA or our Tualatin, OR office. The Fremont, CA office is the preferred location for the candidate.

This role works closely with management in the implementation of corporate policies related to human resources, organizational, and employee development at the business unit or division level. Participates in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., salary review, stock renewal, workforce planning, and organizational change). Assists senior management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives.

What You'll Do
  • Partner with management to deliver annual Global Human Resources initiatives as defined in the Annual Operating Plan
  • Lead the Org Audit process for assigned clients, driving organization effectiveness, org design, succession, and workforce planning
  • Lead performance management process for client groups to drive a high performance culture
  • Analyze data (employee survey, compensation, turnover metrics, etc.) to identify trends, determine issues, and develop effective solutions for client groups
  • Coach managers on performance management, group dynamics, and employee related issues
  • Drive utilization of employee recognition and retention programs
  • Creates positive team dynamics throughout client groups by organizing and/or facilitating team-building activities
  • Works as a team member with HR functional groups (i.e. Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Learning, HR Ops) and other HR Business Partners to help drive our vision of One Team providing effective and efficient global solutions.
Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis and problem solving.
  • Minimum of 15 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 10years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience; or equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Viewed as a strategic business partner, change agent and member of the management staff
  • Ability to engage and influence senior executives
  • Concise and clear communicator
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Ability to travel as required by the business

Salary and Benefits

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position:$129,000.00-$272,000.00

The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
