• Schedule, direct, and monitor software/test design activities to ensure the project is accomplished within the prescribed time frame and budget
• Architect, design, implement, verify, and support complex software/test automation systems
• Accept technical responsibility for the project and staff working on the project
• Work in cross functional teams throughout our organization
• Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the product or service
• Clearly communicate and present designs and tradeoffs to development/testing team, customers, and potential customers
• Support internal and external customers
• May visit customer site to provide support
• Offer mentorship and Technical guidance for junior engineers

• Minimum of 12 years of related experience with a B.S or Master's in Computer science, Computer Engineering, Electronics or related field ; or 8 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with 5 years' experience; or equivalent experience
• Analytical approach to root cause analysis
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• BS or MS Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering
• 10 years of experience in embedded firmware architecture and development on designs with multiple analog and digital I/O capabilities, DSP and microcontrollers.
• Expert in C/C , QNX or other RTOS
• Experience in Python,EtherCAT, C#
• Should have experience working on QNX, Should have written resource managers and devctls in QNX, or other Posix based RTOS
• Experience developing board support packages (BSPs) for custom hardware.
• Deep expertise in Embedded Firmware development, SW/HW/FW architecture partitioning
• Must be well versed in communications protocols (SPI, I2C, Ethernet, RS232)
• Knowledge of digital signal processing: FFT, FIR, IIR

• Technical leadership experience
