Reconfigure pumps and domestic water heaters, replace elevators and provide cold storage building.REQUIREMENTS:

OSHA 30 certification.
Familiarity with the Uniform Building Code requirements for nonresidential occupancies.
Ability to interpret contract documents for inspection and compliance verification.
Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Must possess a driver's license, have reliable transportation, and be able to work autonomously.
Some travel required.
