**Responsibilities:**

1. **Safety Oversight:**

- Monitor the fitness floor to ensure the safety of all members and guests.

- Enforce safety rules and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.

- Respond promptly and effectively to any safety concerns or emergencies.

2. **Cleaning and Disinfecting:**

- Regularly clean and disinfect surfaces, equipment, and high-touch areas to maintain hygiene standards.

- Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure a clean and sanitary environment.

- Restock cleaning supplies as needed to support ongoing cleanliness efforts.

3. **Organizing Equipment:**

- Maintain order and organization of fitness equipment on the gym floor.

- Ensure all equipment is properly stored and easily accessible for members.

- Assist members in locating and using equipment as needed.

4. **Basic Maintenance:**

- Conduct basic maintenance tasks on machines and equipment to ensure proper functionality.

- Perform routine inspections to identify and report any equipment issues or malfunctions.

- Coordinate with maintenance staff for more complex repairs as necessary.

5. **Facility Repairs:**

- Address minor facility repairs such as equipment adjustments, and other maintenance tasks.

- Report any major facility repair needs to the appropriate personnel for timely resolution.

- Assist in maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the facility.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in janitorial, cleaning, or maintenance roles is preferred.

- Basic knowledge of fitness equipment and machinery.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks efficiently.
