Position Overview:

As an Office Manager at Lakewood Family Dental, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional dental care and contributing to the success of our practice. You will join a team of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing the best possible patient experience and promoting the practice of dentistry in Ft. Wayne.

Key Responsibilities:

Create Experiences: Provide high-quality customer service to patients of all ages, ensuring a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Lead a team of professionals and ensure all operations are running smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other dental professionals, including General Dentists, Specialists, and support staff, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.

Professional Development: Continue your growth as a workplace professional by participating in team training, team bonding events and external opportunities, therefore, expanding the skillset and knowledge of the industry within your clinic.

Compliance and Quality: Adhere to all industry regulations, safety protocols, and ethical standards. Ensure the highest level of quality in the office.

Patient Education: Educate patients about treatment options and preventive measures, empowering them to make informed decisions about their dental care.

Community Development: Contribute to the growth and success of the practice by providing excellent patient care and fostering positive patient experiences, leading to increased patient referrals and satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Team Management 1 year (Required)
  • Experience in a fast paced patient environment
  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
  • Ability to work well within a team and collaborate with colleagues effectively
