Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. As a Chiropractic Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our chiropractic office. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, scheduling appointments, maintaining medical records, and assisting with patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
- Schedule and confirm appointments using our medical scheduling system
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history and insurance information
- Assist with patient care by preparing treatment rooms and equipment
- Provide administrative support to the chiropractor, including managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Familiarity with medical scheduling systems (e.g.,Chirotouch) is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology is a plus
- Proficient in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
