```Duties:```
- Evaluate loan applications and determine the creditworthiness of applicants
- Collect and analyze financial information, such as credit reports, income documentation, and loan applications
- Review loan agreements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations
- Guide clients through the loan process, explaining options and terms
- Collaborate with underwriters, processors, and other team members to facilitate a smooth loan approval process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in lending practices

```Requirements:```
- Proven work experience as a Loan Officer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of FNMA guidelines and loan products
- Familiarity with escrow processes and loan processing procedures
- Proficient in 10-key typing and basic math calculations
- Experience using software such as Quicken or similar financial management tools
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to clients
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and lending compliance standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
