The Imaging Services Scheduler or Receptionist is the first line contact for patient. They receive calls and make calls to schedule imaging exams. The Receptionist greets patients, identifies, and guides patients toward preparations needed prior to exam appointment. The Scheduler/Receptionist needs to be able to expertly and efficiently triage a wide variety of questions and requests from patients, providers, other departments and locations as presented by phone or in person.

Work Schedule:

0.5FTE: 3 days week 1 (24 hours); 2 days week 2 (16 hours); Ideally Tues, Thurs, and every other Fri 9:00am - 5:30pm.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Superior customer service skills, multitasking skills, and computer/data entry skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with EPIC, or other electronic medical record.
• Two years health care field experience, radiology preferred.
