We have an immediate opening for a full-time property maintenance technician. Responsibilities include, managing move-ins, daily work orders, painting, apartment turnovers, building repairs, grounds maintenance, monitoring site safety and appearance, and various other routine and preventative maintenance tasks to support our portfolio of commercial buildings and apartment complexes located in Plainville, Wrentham, North Attleboro and Walpole. The successful candidate will have experience with maintaining common areas, building and apartment repairs, general landscaping, and will possess strong interpersonal skills and is a team player. A valid driver’s license and availability for after-hours emergency calls and snow removal is required.
