Landscape Construction Supervisor
This is a full time year round position for the right person. The Hardscape Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all on-site aspects of Landscape construction and Maintenance projects.
Job Duties:
- Manage and carryout the execution of hardscape construction and maintenance projects for start to finish
- Operate various tools and equipment, including: heavy equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a regular basis
- Complete and submit all required paperwork on a daily basis, including: daily site logs, and billing summaries
- Ensure that all work activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
- Assist in all aspects of Landscaping, from lawn maintenance to hardscape construction.
- Have the aptitude to solve any performance or customer service issues on the fly
- Ensure that all installation work is performed in accordance with industry and company standards.
- Strive to improve job skills and develop the potential for upward mobility.

Requirements:
- 1 years (3 years preferred) of landscape/construction experience.
- Knowledge and experience with equipment used for landscaping (Skid steer, mower, excavator operation)
- Hold current valid drivers license, accompanied by a clean driving record.
- Current DOT Medical card or the ability to obtain one
- Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, small engine equipment, heavy equipment, and materials
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent stamina is required
- Work outdoors in various conditions
- Punctual and dependable
