Responsibilities You'll Embrace:

  • Direct, oversee, and evaluate nursing personnel, including Nurses, CNAs, and Resident Aides

  • Set objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department

  • Organize and coordinate move-ins, nursing, and resident care procedures

  • Foster a warm and compassionate environment for our seniors

  • Ensure compliance with legal regulations and best practices in healthcare

  • Lead and develop personnel while resolving issues and deficiencies

  • Collaborate with upper management and report on operations


What You'll Bring:
Proven experience as a unit manager or Director of Wellness at an Assisted Living Facility (LPN or RN certification)

  • Understanding of budgeting and financial reporting

  • Knowledge of legal regulations and healthcare best practices

  • Desire to stay current with changing standards in nursing administration

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
