Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to join our team. As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of nursing operations within our facility. Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures, and protocols
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to create and maintain a safe and efficient work environment
- Review and evaluate documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage the recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of nursing staff
- Supervise the administration of medications and treatments
- Coordinate with physicians to develop individualized care plans for patients
- Oversee the maintenance of medical records and ensure confidentiality
- Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in nursing

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team
- In-depth knowledge of home care, nursing home, and medical records management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in supervising nursing staff and delegating tasks effectively
- Familiarity with Medicare regulations and reimbursement processes
- Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills

Pay: $74,215.96 - $89,378.36 per year
