We are hiring a front office full time office admin. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00 PM

Applicants should have a positive demeanor and enjoy talking with customers and work well with others in a small office environment

Customers contact our company to provide them with products/services such as shower doors, windows and table tops... we then provide them with a quote and complete the order for them if awarded the job.

Job Overview:

Accounts Receivable Clerk:

• Daily Customer Invoicing
• Payment Processing
• Collections
• Assist Company Book Keeper and Management with tasks as needed

Office Administrator:

• General Office Tasks including filing, office and showroom organization...
• Answer inbound phone calls promptly during business hours.
• Enter Customer Data into Software Programs
• Greet Customers in Showroom, assist with order pickup/drop off
• Prepare Schedule / Schedule Appointments when customer call in for service
• Assist Sales Team

Requirements of the Applicant:

• At least 1 year customer service
• Enjoys working with people in a team environment.
• Professional image and personality
• Ability to learn new things and retain information
• Dependable, this position requires excellent attendance

• Good computer skills
