What You’ll Do :

• Day-to-Day Job Duties & Responsibilities
• Assist Dry Bean Production with administrative duties
• Dry Beans and New Pack process order reviews
• Inventory cycle counting as needed
• Inventory adjustments
• Payroll entry for all hourly employees
• Audit entries to ensure accuracy
• Run and create various reports for the accounting and dry bean department
• Filing and help organize office areas as needed
• Help with answering main office phone line, transfer incoming calls, and deliver messages
• Provide back up for all other clerical staff, general office
• Adhere to all Lakeside Foods policies and procedures

What You’ll Bring :

• Prior experience in inventory control preferred, not required
• SAP experience preferred, not required
• Bilingual preferred, not required
• Strong Microsoft Office skillset
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Positive attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Safety mindset
