The Employment Specialist works with the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation to help people with disabilities find and maintain employment in the community. You will source area employers for job opportunities for our participants, assess skills and match the right candidate to the employer. You will coach the clients at their workplaces to learn and enhance job performance.
This position requires a valid driver's license and insurance. You must be able to pass a TB and drug screening.
