Seasonal Front of House Manager position available at a popular high volume beach front location in South Lake Tahoe, CA.

Must possess strong leadership skills, service oriented mindset, and a working understanding of front of the house operations. The Front of House Manager interacts with the team and the guest to ensure a positive experience for all.

Working knowledge of the Front of House Operation

Minimum 2 years of management experience

Must be available Thursday- Monday from 2pm-10pm

•SERVSAFE / RBS CERTIFIED

•Responsible for overseeing and monitoring alcohol consumption on premises.

•Ensure guest satisfaction
•Ability to make informed decisions and problem solve
•Supervise all service aspects in the Front of House
•Maintain a professional manner during high volume
•Knowledge and understanding of balancing cash drawers

•Knowledge of “floor cutting” procedures & “close out” procedures.

•Must be available for weekly upper management meetings.

Start date for soft opening 5/22/24. Positions runs through 10/01/2024.

Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
