Lakeshore Sport & Fitness - Illinois Center (LSF) is Chicago's #1 Destination for Sport, Fitness & Fun. Located in the east Loop area next to the Lake Shore East community. Illinois Center is 120,000 square feet and seven stories tall. 
We are currently seeking certified Massage Therapists for our Illinois Center location at 211 N. Stetson Avenue. Must be available to work a flexible schedule including weekends. The club hours are 6 am to 9 pm on weekdays and 7 am to 5 pm on weekends.
Responsibilities 
Communicate and service clients in a friendly and professional manner. 
Discuss options with clients to determine the individual needs of each client during consultation.
Provide customized massage therapy services, through a variety of techniques that meet the clients’ needs based off consultation.
Offer exceptional customer service and educate clients with treatment plans detailing products, services and treatments that encourages client retention. 
Initiate, develop and maintain personalized relationships with clients. 
Serve as an expert in muscle and body analysis and maintenance.
Maintain Lakeshore Sport & Fitness appearance and cleanliness.
Uphold the Lakeshore Sport & Fitness Mission, Vision and Core Values.
Qualifications
Education: High School diploma or GED
Licenses / Certifications / Registrations:
Appropriate State/County/City Massage Therapy License
Experience:
Two-years massage experience in a professional environment preferred.
Knowledge of body treatments preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other Characteristics:
Demonstrate positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, and professionalism to internal and external customers.
Remain current on certifications and new trends in the industry.
Represent oneself professionally in dress, hair and make-up.
Continue to demonstrate technical ability of an exceptional caliber.
Maintain the cleanliness of the massage therapy rooms.
