1. Build Creative Camp Programming:

• Get ready to unleash your inner creativity! From Wild Wednesdays to Family Fun Fairs, you'll be the mastermind behind all the fun.
• Create epic activity schedules, plan awesome field trips, and launch new offerings that'll have campers begging for more!
• Build relationships with our campers and their families - because at Camp Lakeshore, everyone's part of the family!

2. Hire, Grow, & Manage a Great Camp Team:

• Assemble your dream team of camp counselors and lead them to greatness
• Provide top-notch training and support to ensure our counselors are ready to rock every day.
• Celebrate your team's wins and keep them motivated to deliver the best camp experience ever

3. Build Relationships through Effective Communication

• Help parents feel secure with their child at Camp Lakeshore and answer their questions and concerns and pass on positive and negative feedback about campers.
• Build partnerships with families to spread the word about Camp Lakeshore's awesomeness.
• Make the Camp environment a FUN and safe place for all campers to be.

4. Bring the FUN

• Be in the program with kids and help them participate and have a great time.
• Help the Children's team execute events and programming that requires the fun touch.

Pack Your Day Camp Bag - Qualifications
Qualifications:

• Ability to direct programs through supervision of volunteers and staff, development and monitoring of budgets, marketing and public relations, and program development.
• 2 or more years of supervisory and program management experience.
• Bachelor's degree required, preferred in Education.
