Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Inspect and sort materials according to size, type and condition

· Wear required personal protective equipment at all times

· Keep work area and all surrounding areas clean

· Reports all unsafe work conditions or equipment issues immediately to supervisor

· Attend and participate in safety meetings

Physical Demands/Environmental Factors

· Requires bending, pushing, pulling, twisting and lifting material, sometimes in excess of

50 lbs

· Requires working in indoor and outdoor conditions which are dusty and noisy

· Requires working in a physical environment that will expose employees to weather extremes

· Requires working for long periods of time while standing
