Position Title and Summary
The Inside Sales – Temp Services role is responsible for taking incoming sales inquiries for temporary services offered by LRS. Temporary services includes portable restrooms, hygiene solutions, trailer solutions and roll-offs. This role is responsible for accessing potential customer’s needs, providing service proposals, negotiating service agreements, researching upcoming projects and utilize Salesforce to maximize sales efforts. This position will also work with Construction Representatives to provide sales support.
You will be part of a dynamic sales team, where your role and support will create big impact to both existing and future customers.

Sales Manager

Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility will be the growth and management of the portable restroom LOB which includes Special Events, temporary restroom services, luxury trailers and construction customers.
  • Manage an existing Special Event book of business to assure continued service revenue along with allowing a seamless transition to the operations team for servicing.
  • Take incoming sales calls to determine customer needs, provide proposals and close sales.
  • Manage incoming internet leads through Salesforce and follow-up with prospective customers to close sales.
  • Utilize CRM tool on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting all activities, grow potential customer list through relentless cold calling
  • Upsell and cross-sell all product offerings in a territory as determined by the local Sales Manager.
  • Research upcoming construction projects and work as sales support for Construction Representatives
  • Work with customer service team to follow up on sales opportunities
  • Perform other job duties as required
Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical Skills
  • High School diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Two – Three years’ experience working with customers that includes addressing customer needs
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Highly skilled in MS Office Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Self-motivated with a passion to help people
  • Strong listening skills
  • Strong ability to multi-task
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Pro-Active, quick-learner and self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills
Physical Demands / Environmental Factors
  • Requires working for long periods of time in an office environment, often while in front of a computer
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit or stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
  • May also require entering an operations environment (noisy or dusty) and may frequently bend, squat or go up and down stairs or walk along platforms if entering such an environment
  • Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
  • May be required to travel locally to various sites
