WHAT DO WE SEEK?

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Restaurant Technology Specialists (Sales)  to join our team. As a Restaurant Technology Specialist , you'll be primarily responsible for the sale of our industry-leading restaurant technology solutions to restaurateurs. You'll be a pivotal link between our company and our clients, using your skills and expertise to match their needs with our innovative solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present, promote, and sell restaurant technology solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Generating and managing a pipeline of prospective clients using our CRM
  • Perform a benefit and need analysis of potential clients to meet their needs
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking
  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and provide status reports
  • Keep up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board

REQUITRED QUALIFUCATIONS:

  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Experience in the restaurant industry or selling technology solutions is preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, email, and other sales tools
  • Familiarity with CRM practices, along with the ability to build productive business and professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback

A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience in the SaaS, restaurant, hospitality, and food service industry
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
  • Start-up experience (we love entrepreneurs!)
  • Experience in working virtually and with a virtual team
