Job Responsibilities-
- Greet and answer customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Prepare, Post, Verify and record customer payments.
- Maintain bookkeeping database and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
- Communicate with customers to request payment and arrange payment plans.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward co-workers and customers.
- Perform duties as requested by management.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
