Lakepoint Villa is Hiring a Part time 1st Medication Aide Near Oshkosh, WI

Responsibilities:
- Administer medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions or side effects from medications
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each patient
- Assist with various tasks related to patient care, such as taking vital signs and assisting with activities of daily living
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication administration and coordination of care
- Provide support and assistance to patients and their families regarding medication management

Qualifications:
- Valid nurse or medication aide certification
- Previous experience in medication administration, preferably in a healthcare setting such as a hospital or home care
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic physiology
- Familiarity with medication systems and procedures
- Ability to phlebotomize is a plus
- Experience in dementia care is highly desirable
