Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN/LPN to join our team in Augusta, KS, 67010. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and skilled nursing, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record vital signs and medical information
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
Requirements
- Current LPN or RN license in the state of Kansas
