Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team as a full-time employee for the 1st shift. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a skilled nursing facility and be able to provide exceptional care to our residents.

The responsibilities of the 1st Shift CMA-FT include:

• Administering medications to residents as prescribed by the physician
• Assisting residents with activities of daily living
• Maintaining accurate medication records
• Communicating with physicians and other healthcare professionals regarding resident care
• Assisting with the development and implementation of care plans
• Providing emotional support to residents and their families
• Ensuring that all safety and infection control policies and procedures are followed

The ideal candidate will have:

• A current CMA certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A commitment to providing exceptional care to our residents
