Certified Dietary Manager
Lakeland Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a full-time Certified Dietary Manager. The purpose of this position is to ensure accurate, timely food service to meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and to maintain dietary equipment in a safe, sanitary manner.
Located in Lakeland, we are a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility that is dedicated to helping our residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest.
We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals where individuals receive the finest sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care.

Certified Dietary Manager Responsibilities :
- Conducts nutritional assessment on residents to ensure resident needs are addressed and fulfilled.
- Performs inspections of the dietary department to ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the department based on facility guidelines and state laws and regulations.
- Oversees menu preparation, nourishment and supplements in accordance with company guidelines and state laws and regulations;
monitors each day to ensure necessary substitutions are provided.
Monitors the department to ensure food is received, stored and prepared in accordance with guidelines and state laws and regulations.
Certified Dietary Manager Qualifications :
- Successful Completion of CDM Credentialing Exam Required
- 2 Years Experience in Food Service Management Preferred
- Skilled Nursing / Long Term Care Experience Preferred
