Position Overview

As the Equipment Finance Administrator at Lakeland Bank, you will support the banks sales officers with preparing lease documents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Input application information into Lease Plus System
• Prepare Loan Documents.
• Review all documents for completion and accuracy.
• Prepare funding documents.
• Prepare wire transfer forms.
• Set up Loan file for booking into Milton.
• Follow-up with customers regarding missing information.
• Follow-up on expired insurance certificates.
• Perform other duties as required or as assigned.

Skills Required

• Prior experience in equipment financing, administrator and/or branch banking.
• Demonstrated proficiency in basic software applications such as MS Word and Excel and other internal systems; Lease Plus System.
• Familiarity with loan documentation for equipment financing
• Strong verbal/written communication skills. Ability to effectively interact with customers and internal colleagues.
• Excellent telephone etiquette skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with competing deadlines.
• Must be bondable.

Scheduled Hours

This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week.

Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm 

The hybrid work schedule for this position requires 3-4 days per week onsite in our Montville office.
