Valet Drivers

Lakeland Automall is currently seeking experienced and reliable Valet Drivers to join our team in Lakeland, FL. As a Valet Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently driving, parking, retrieving and delivering vehicles for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and park vehicles in a safe and efficient manner
• Retrieve vehicles for guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Pick up and deliver vehicles from customer's home or business
• Assist guests with loading and unloading their belongings
• Provide exceptional customer service at all times
• Follow all safety procedures and traffic laws
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission vehicles
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in inclement weather
