This is skilled manual work in the maintenance of aquatic weed control, using EPA approved herbicides. An employee in a position allocated to this class is responsible for the application of herbicides, which is performed under the supervision of the Aquatics Crew Leader. An employee in this class may be temporarily assigned duties in another department during slack periods in the employee’s original area of assignment.

Position requires a State Certification for CORE, and at least Aquatics or Right-of-way license, all three preferred.

Work schedule is primarily Monday – Thursday, 6:30 am to 5 pm.
