Lake Windsor Country Club in Windsor, WI is seeking a Assistant Superintendent. Work weeks will vary from 40-45 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Mow greens, tees, fairways, rough, etc
- Cut and change cups
- Run back-pack blowers, weed-eaters, etc
- Spread mulch, gravel, dirt, etc
- Repair divots and ball marks
- Weed control
- Maintenance of clubhouse area
- Apply fertilizer to designated areas
- Manage staff when Superintendent is away
Requirements
- Must have flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions
- Able to lift 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks
- Able to understand directions and report daily progress
- Able to safely operate all golf course equipment
- Able to use hand and mechanical tools to ensure safety and completion of tasks
