As the face of our practice, you will play a crucial role in guiding our patients through their treatment journey with compassion, expertise, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Consultations: Engage with patients to understand their dental concerns, goals, and treatment preferences. Provide detailed explanations of recommended treatment plans, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
  • Treatment Coordination: Coordinate appointments, procedures, and follow-ups to ensure seamless delivery of care. Collaborate with our dental team to optimize scheduling and streamline treatment processes.
  • Financial Guidance: Assist patients in understanding their insurance coverage, financing options, and payment plans. Work closely with insurance providers and financial institutions to facilitate smooth transactions and minimize financial barriers to treatment.
  • Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices, treatment procedures, and post-treatment care instructions. Empower patients to take control of their oral health and maintain long-term wellness.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain accurate patient records, update treatment plans, and manage administrative tasks efficiently. Utilize dental software systems to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a dental office “1 Year minimum”
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.

Job Type/Days/Hours:

  • Full Time
  • Monday - Thursday 12:00 PM - 7:00 PM
  • Every other Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Pay:

  • $18 - $22 Per hour based on experience
