We are hiring a boat captain for the summer season to captain our BENTLEY ADMIRAL ELITE 25 ft, 250 HP Engine Pontoon/ Tritoon boat. This is a beautiful new 12 person boat for small groups on the lake. We're looking for a captain to take guests out primarily on Fridays through Sundays with some additional weekdays. We have a rental properties on the lake where many guests additionally want to rent a boat and a we also have a Get My Boat listing which brings in additional customers. Your duties are to pick up guests, and take them either around the lake, or down to Devils Cove.

Job Type: Part-time to full time

Pay: $25.00 - $50.00 per hour

I'll provide an hourly guaranteed pay (rate pending experience) and the job can expect additional cash tips in the $100-$300 range per day.

Must have reliable transportation and meet the following criteria:

• Availability Weekends Fri, Sat, Sun, and Holidays a MUST
• Knowledgeable able about Boater safety and Water safety. Must have boating experience, and be able to dock, and anchor the boat by themselves
• Posses or obtain a Texas Party Boat Captains license or obtain a Boaters Safety Course Certificate and must have a high school diploma.
• Ability to work 8-10 hour days in the Heat and Sun of the Summer on the Lake
• Customer Service a must. Ability to work with all types of parties, groups, and organizations
• Ability to maintain a Safe and Clean environment for our Customers
• Must have a clean criminal record.
• Position requires bending, sitting, and lifting up to 20 lbs and being able to swim in an emergency.
