Lake Tahoe Plumbing & Heating has been rooted in South Lake Tahoe for the past 45 years.

We are looking for someone with experience in a construction type setting but is proficient in computer work. Bi-lingual (Spanish) is preferred as you will be communicating with Spanish speakers. Ability to read plans is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the estimating process for construction projects.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents to determine project scope and requirements.
- Collaborate with home owners, subcontractors and property managers to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
- Prepare and submit detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure availability of resources for projects.
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client presentations as required.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to estimating in the construction industry.

Experience:
- Experience in Construction Management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in HVAC and Plumbing estimating or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills

Pay: $28.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
