- Bar and Front of House leader
- Scheduling
- Inventory
- OLO Michigan Liquor Ordering- Menu updates
- In-depth knowledge of point-of-sale systems (front and back of system) and problem-solving capabilities
- Inventory of front-of-house needs and provide a weekly list of items needed to be ordered
- Manage floor of front of house, including but not limited to ensuring all opening and closing procedure tasks are being executed
- Run reports,
- Balancing afternoon and evening cash drawers and pos system
- Knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Safe serve, TAM/TIPS certification preferred or willing to immediately obtain
- Ability to work and be on your feet of 8 hours, as necessary
- Ability to coach and train employees, hold them accountable, conduct reviews and meetings, and take corrective action.
- Ability to adapt to others communication and managements styles in a flexible manner
- Ability to adapt, multi-task, and lead by example
- Ability to thrive in stressful situations with may moving parts
- A positive and calm demeaner
- Driven to achieve goals and to align with our culture to help our organization succeed
- A minimum of two-year management experience in a restaurant
