Business Process Outsourcing Project Manager / 6-month Contract

Do you excel working on HR and Finance projects across a variety of capabilities and functional areas, and work well in a collaborative environment? Have you evaluated companies in their capabilities for outsourcing corporate business functions? Do you have RFP writing, evaluation experience and facilitation skills to help provide the best solutions for unique business issues and opportunities our client faces?

The Skills You Bring

· Leads best practices in selecting and using business processing outsourcing skills.

· Develops RFP’s, leads evaluations and solutions.

· Manages and monitors projects budget, scope, schedule, progress, and risks.

· Manages stakeholder engagement and expectations during the lifecycle of the project.

· Leads meetings, presents findings, and effectively and proactively leads priorities, timelines, and deadlines.

· Performs issues and risk management, tracking, prioritization, resolution facilitation, reporting and trending analysis.

The Expertise You Have

· Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management.

· Experience outsourcing to onshore (US) or offshore (non-US) providers.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience with project management process, methodologies, and techniques.

· Exposure to hiring, talent management or finance related functions (e.g., AP/AR/GL/)

· Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

· Excellent written and oral communications and facilitation skills.
