What Are We Looking For?

Lake Regional is seeking a professional manager with a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Health Care or related field, with experience running a call center of over 20 employees. This position will be responsible for coordinating the functions of the hybrid Patient Access Call Center. LRHS is looking for someone with strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to promote communication and performance of duties to support the clinical services and administrative duties of the department, while ensuring excellent customer service by way of complete and accurate patient documentation, ongoing employee training and allocation of resources.
