RN - Patient Care Nurse Primary Care

We're looking for a positive, compassionate, hardworking registered nurse who can provide the high-quality care patients and families have come to expect from us. In our fast-paced work environment, the registered nurses who thrive are adaptable, great communicators, detail-oriented and have excellent time management skills. Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions.

You will:

• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
• Empathetically care for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
• Demonstrate competency and use comprehensive nursing expertise
• Ensure patient health care records are maintained and accurate
• Administer medications to patients based on conditions and symptoms
• Order clinical and medical diagnostic exams and tests
• Take patient vital signs
• Record patient medical history

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the State of Minnesota
• Current BLS CPR or willing to obtain within 6 months.
