The IT Technician position is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance. The IT tech will work to achieve resolution upon initial response related to end user IT asset management for both physical, virtual and all Enterprise and Departmental applications. The IT Tech will “Think like a Customer” to maintain and ensure business continuity with a security mindset. The IT Tech will provide resolution documentation utilizing the CIS ticketing system.
